One of the reasons Amma is such a favorite with all Her children, is Her absolute child like innocence. When She smiles, it's like the sweetest smile in the whole wide world. When She hugs us, it's like there could never be a hug more affectionate and loving. When She reaches out towards us, it's like no one ever could reach out with greater compassion for us. And the truth is that nothing can ever match Amma's words or actions. She is purity in every form and in every way. This is the reason we are so spiritually attracted to Her. Amma is what nature intended for all of us to be: pure, innocent and loving. We are born with a purity which we very swiftly lose along the path of growing up. And it is upto mahatmas like Amma to guide us back to the real path. Amma helps us on our journey of self realization; of finding our true self. The beauty is that Amma doesn't do this by making us follow a strict code of spiritual conduct but purely through engulfing us in Her unadulterated love.
