Amma's light upon us!

123. Om saradaradhyayai namah: I bow down to Amma who is worshipped by Sarada (Sarasvati, the Goddess of speech)

Dear Amma, I am undergoing a tough time. I am hurt and I am bruised. I just wish to heal. I wish people would not hurt the way they do. I wish they would not speak the way they do. I wish there wasn't so much negativity in the world. I wish people would stay kind and innocent - the way they are meant to be. The way Amma has wished it for us.

Please Amma, let there be healing. Let there be Your magical presence in my life that feels so strong, it heals, soothes and helps me along. Please remove the negative strand from my life. Please cut it away so that I can grow. Every day, I grow. I learn so much. I mature and walk through life in ways only You can set for me. I realise that healing is always from within. But You live within. So please heal me Amma. Why do I sometimes feel so alone? Do I need to walk every path alone? Have You not promised me Your hand in this journey? Have You not promised that when I am down and out, You will pick me up from the depths and carry me? Can You please be here for me, now? This child needs a loving word, an outstretched hand. Please give me the strength to meditate on You, to see You in everything I see; to hear You in every word I hear; to feel You in everything I touch. May You form my every thought. May You be the sum total of my existence.

Om Amriteswariye namah!
