663. Om aja-jaitryai namah: I bow down to Amma who conquers ignorance
When you start brooding about the past, when you start criticizing and insulting others and blame them for the mishaps that happen in your own life, when you plan and dream about a future of promises and forget to live in the present, that is when the law of karma starts operating in you.
There is so much ignorance on our part even when we are Amma's children. Or rather, it comes out more as ignorance when we are Amma's children and when we already have a satguru like Amma guiding us. We toss our faith about lightly and actually question Her. When something happens, we look heavenward and ask Amma: why me? When something happens we try to take control instead of realising the absolute truth that NOTHING is on our hands except a reaction to what is happening. Now when we do know that the wheels of destiny are moving, we really should leave it up to Amma to take total control. And for that we need to delve deep into our own self and reflect on why our faith is wavering. Once we are able to fix the source, we should reach a state wherein we can concentrate entirely on Amma. She is our Mother. Let Her and only Her take over everything and let Her lead us from untruth to truth. From darkness to light.
