Keeping the world simple!

600. Om daksa-yajna-vinasinyai namah: I bow down to Amma who is the destroyer of the sacrifice conducted by Daksha

How fast things move and time flies! I've completed 600 mantras. Another 400 to go. And each of the 600 mantras have been a step closer to Amma. I've looked at many ways of singing Her praises and in each word, I have discovered another way to develop faith, or found other websites and blogs about Amma. Found other ways to stay connected, found kindred souls across the planet. Amma's made this whole world a mini Amritapuri. During Amma's programme, the place is exactly how Amma would want the world to be. Simple. Everyone gets along with everyone else as we're all motivated by a common goal. To be in the presence of our divine Mother. We are all happy to just revel in Her aura and we take strength from Amma's presence. The wave of people who move towards Her in a programme isn't just numbers: instead it's a movement of people hoping to cleanse their lives and divest themselves of all the negative baggage. How beautiful that Amma brings all of us together and wraps us in the soothing sheets of Her love! And when we are able to let go of all our ego, it becomes so easy to be nice, to stay simple. And perhaps this is what Amma would like us to cultivate everyday to make this world a much better place!

Om Amriteswariye namah!
