590. Om kataksa-kinkari-bhuta-kamala-koti-sevitayai namah: I bow down to Amma who is attended by millions of Lakshmis who are subdued by Her mere glances.
Somedays all it needs is to have one listening ear and one non judgmental talk with a good friend. And the amazing thing is that we can freely talk about Amma (because all our thoughts naturally tend to veer towards HER!) and narrate stories centred around our wonderful Mother. That's about all it takes to make us feel better. To make us forget all the worries and cares. Because at the end of the day who is there, waiting patiently to smoothen every crease from our worried brow?? ONLY AMMA!
As Amma says: "Mental purity will come through constant chanting of the divine name. This is the simplest way. You are trying to cross the ocean of transmigration, the cycle of birth and death. The mantra is the oar of the boat; it is the instrument you use to cross the samsara of your restless mind, with its unending thought waves. The mantra can also be compared to a ladder that you climb to reach the heights of God realization."
