771. Om duraradhyayai namah: I bow down to Amma who is difficult to worship
Amma is probably the most wonderful Guru who makes it so easy to follow Her. Amma never asks us to pray to Her. Amma always asks us to pray to God. If we make Her our God, that isn't Amma's doing...or maybe it is...because She makes spirituality and divinity so easy to reach out to! She is actually quite easy to worship. But Amma serves us with the attitude of a servant serving a master. In Her words:
"As long as there is strength in these hands to reach out to those who come to her, Amma will continue to give darshan. To lovingly caress people, to console and wipe their tears until the end of this mortal frame – this is Amma’s wish"
That's Amma for us. Always doing every action for Her children. Always making sure that Her children are happy and contented and get what they desire. Thank You Amma...and now I miss Her ever so much. 6 more months to go before I see Amma again. A long, long wait to see my perfect master and Guru!
