776. Om mandara-kusuma-priyayai namah: I bow down to Amma who is fond of the mandara flowers.
Dr Wayne W. Dyer had once met Amma. I have always respected him as someone who has had great insight into human behaviour. "When you squeeze an orange, you'll always get orange juice to come out. What comes out is what's inside. The same logic applies to you: when someone squeezes you, puts pressure on you, or says something unflattering or critical, and out of you comes anger, hatred, bitterness, tension, depression, or anxiety, that is what's inside. If love and joy are what you want to give and receive, change your life by changing what's inside."
When he met Amma, this is what he had to say:
"I AM immersed in a sea of divine love with a living saint, Amma. There are no words to describe the inner glow I felt as I was held, hugged and loved by this celestial being who walks among us. I sat next to her for over an hour observing her embracing hundreds of people, and I will forever feel the inner glow."
